Swanson honors Civil War heroes from Galesburg

State Representative Dan Swanson (R-Alpha) was joined by a group of leaders from Galesburg to present a resolution in the Illinois House on Tuesday honoring twelve Galesburg soldiers who fought for freedom with the famed 54th Massachusetts during the Civil War.
