If you are a current or former Illinois resident with Lyme or other tickborne disease, please lend us 10 minutes of your time to fill out the Target250 questionnaire, which is conducted by the Illinois Lyme Association in cooperation with Northwestern University.
This will help the Illinois Lyme Association show the real-life consequences of living with a tickborne disease. As the Association points out, “Lyme disease is a quality of life issue. It affects your ability to work, how you engage with friends and family, your mental health, and your future.”
