Video: Swanson welcomes 4-H students to Illinois Capitol

State Representative Dan Swanson (R-Alpha) welcomed a group of 40 4-H members from across Illinois who were at the Capitol Wednesday for the University of Illinois Extension’s 4-H Legislative Connection event. The students represented 27 different 4-H programs from throughout the state.
