Last week was a busy week in Springfield. Friday was third reading deadline which means all bills must get passed through the House before moving to the Senate.
Some of the people or groups I met with include: Leaders from Illinois State University, Freedom House, McDonough Power Company, IL Realtors, Amtrak, Junior League of Chicago’s Advocacy Council, Healthcare Association, Two Rivers YMCA, State Ambulance Association, IGOLD, Arts Alliance, Illinois Lyme Association, Carl Sandburg College Students, President Thomas and students from Black Hawk College, University of Illinois representatives and WIU Students and leadership.
It was a great week visiting with so many people.
